生え変わりにより毎日少しずつ自まつげが抜け、ついているエクステも一緒に落ちます。目安として1カ月で半分程度です。お直しは約1カ月ごとのお客様がほとんどで、こだわる方は3週間ごとにお直しされています。Your natural lashes shed a little every day as they renew, and the extensions attached to them fall with them. As a guide, about half remain after one month. Most clients come back for a refill about once a month; those who like their lashes perfect come every 3 weeks.

3つのポイントを心がけてください。①オイル成分の強いクレンジングを使わない ②目もとは擦らずやさしく洗う ③なるべくうつ伏せで寝ない。洗顔は入浴の最後にすると、メイクが浮いていて擦らずにすみます。Three things help: (1) avoid oil-heavy cleansers, (2) wash gently around the eyes without rubbing, (3) try not to sleep face-down. Washing your face at the end of your bath also helps — makeup has lifted, so there is no need to rub.

そんなことはありません。30本つければ、1カ月で10〜15本程度は残るのが目安です。Not at all. With 30 lashes applied, around 10–15 typically remain after a month.

100種類以上ご用意できます。部分的に太さやカールを組み合わせることで、さまざまなデザインをお楽しみいただけます。Over 100. By combining different thicknesses and curls in different areas, you can enjoy a wide range of looks.

1〜2mmの長さがあれば可能です。負担にならない長さ・太さをおすすめしています。Yes, as long as your lashes are 1–2 mm long. We recommend a length and thickness that will not strain them.

一重でも二重でも問題ありません。似合うデザインをご提案します。Monolid or double lid, no problem at all. We will suggest a design that suits you.

左右均等に見えるよう、片目ずつデザインを考えます。We design each eye separately so both sides look balanced.

ほとんどの方は問題ありません。目に刺さるほど重度の逆まつげの場合は難しいことがあります。極度の逆まつげでなければ、まつげパーマも必要ありません。For most people, yes. It can be difficult only in severe cases where the lashes touch the eye. Unless it is extreme, a lash lift is not needed beforehand either.

エクステの本数が少ないと自まつげのカール感が勝ってバラバラに見えることがあります。美しく見えるのは、自まつげが隠れる100本以上が目安です。With too few extensions, your natural curl can dominate and look uneven. For a clean finish, 100 lashes or more — enough to cover your natural lashes — is a good guide.

自まつげが伸びてくると安定感がなくなります。コームでやさしくとかしてあげてください。As your natural lashes grow out, the extensions lose their stability. Gently comb them back into place.

数日で自然に抜ける生え変わりの毛です。気になる場合はエクステの先だけカットしても大丈夫です (根もとは自まつげなのでご注意ください)。エクステが逆さに回るのも同じく生え変わりのサインで、数日で抜け替わります。That is a lash at the end of its natural cycle — it will shed on its own within a few days. If it bothers you, trimming just the tip of the extension is fine (be careful: the root is your natural lash). An extension twisting upside down is the same renewal sign, and will shed within a few days too.

毛質や太さが合っていない可能性があります。細めのタイプやシルクエクステがおすすめです。お直しの際にご相談ください。The type or thickness may not be right for you. A finer type or silk extensions are a good option — ask us at your next refill.

おすすめします。メイクやビューラーなど、まつげは日常的に負荷がかかっています。カラーリングした髪をトリートメントでケアするのと同じように、育毛を促してあげましょう。We recommend it. Makeup and curlers put daily stress on your lashes. Just as color-treated hair needs conditioner, your lashes benefit from a serum that supports healthy growth.

1〜2度なら心配ありません。海の塩分は酸化させる力があるため、頻度が多い方は早めのお直しをおすすめします。プールではゴーグルを着用しましょう。Once or twice is no problem. Sea salt is oxidizing, so if you swim often, book your refill a little earlier. In the pool, wear goggles.

エクステが外れる原因になります。横向きか仰向けで寝るように心がけましょう。It can loosen your extensions. Try to sleep on your side or your back.

ノンオイルタイプがおすすめです。グルーはオイル成分に弱いため、オイルクレンジングは外れる原因になります。An oil-free type. The adhesive is weakened by oils, so oil cleansers can cause extensions to fall off.

問題ありません。泡をしっかり立てて、接着部分を擦らないようやさしく洗ってください。Yes. Lather it well and wash gently, without rubbing the bonded area.

入浴の際、洗顔を最後にしてみてください。①シャンプー ②体 ③入浴 ④洗顔 の順です。クレンジングの前にタオルで水分を取るのもおすすめです。Try washing your face last in the bath: (1) shampoo (2) body (3) soak (4) face. Patting off the moisture with a towel before cleansing also helps.

目もとには使用しないでください。繊維が細かく、絡まると簡単には取れません。手でやさしく洗いましょう。Do not use them near your eyes. The fine fibers tangle easily and are hard to remove. Wash gently with your hands instead.

普段どおりのメイクで大丈夫です。クレンジングだけノンオイルを選んでください。Your usual makeup is fine — just choose an oil-free cleanser.

アイラインやファンデーションは可能です。マスカラ・アイシャドウなど、まつげに付くメイクはできません。汚れが残ると持続に影響するため、ご自宅でしっかり落としてからのご来店をおすすめします。Eyeliner and foundation are fine. Mascara, eyeshadow, or anything that gets on your lashes is not. Any residue affects how long extensions last, so please remove eye makeup thoroughly at home before you come.

アイメイク以外はそのままで大丈夫です。まつげまわりだけ、ご来店前に落としてきてください。Everything except eye makeup can stay. Just remove the makeup around your lashes before you arrive.

初回はカウンセリングを含め、上のみ約1.5時間・上下約2時間です。お直しは1〜1.5時間程度です。Your first visit, including counseling, takes about 1.5 hours for upper lashes only, or about 2 hours for upper and lower. Refills take 1–1.5 hours.

地まつげ1本にエクステ1本を、専用グルーで地肌から約0.1mm離した位置にお付けする技術です。皮膚に直接付けるものではありません。One extension is bonded to one natural lash with a dedicated adhesive, about 0.1 mm away from the skin. Nothing is ever glued to your skin.

ソフトコンタクトはそのままで問題ありません。ハードコンタクトは必ずお外しください (長時間目をつむると充血する場合があります)。Soft lenses are fine. Hard lenses must be removed (keeping your eyes closed for a long time can cause redness).

施術中に眠ってしまうと、うっすら目に隙間ができ、グルーの揮発がしみることがあります。しっかり目を閉じていれば心配ありません。装着中は絶対に目を開けないでください。If you doze off, your eyelids can open a tiny slit and the adhesive fumes may sting slightly. With your eyes kept fully closed there is nothing to worry about — never open your eyes during application.

低刺激の専用グルーをご用意しています (持続力は2〜3週間程度と通常より短くなります)。念のため少ない本数でお試しいただくか、パッチテストをおすすめします。※パッチテストを行った場合、当日の施術はできません。We carry a low-irritation adhesive (it holds for around 2–3 weeks, a little shorter than usual). To be safe, we suggest trying a small set first, or having a patch test. Note: we cannot apply extensions on the same day as a patch test.

施術は1〜1.5時間仰向けの体勢になるため、お腹が大きくなると難しくなります (7カ月程度が目安)。妊娠中は体質が変わることがあるため、本数の少ないコースで一度お試しください。The service means lying on your back for 1–1.5 hours, which becomes difficult later in pregnancy (up to around 7 months is a guide). Sensitivities can change during pregnancy, so please try a smaller set first.

①目や目のまわりに異常がある場合 (ものもらい・結膜炎・コンタクトによる傷など) ②半年以内にレーシック手術を受けた方 (医師の指導によります) ③1週間以内に埋没法など目の美容整形を受けた方 (腫れが残っている場合は不可) ④当店が初めてで、1週間以内に挙式を控えている方。(1) If you have an eye condition (stye, conjunctivitis, a contact-lens abrasion, etc.) (2) within 6 months of LASIK surgery (per your doctor's advice) (3) within 1 week of cosmetic eye surgery such as a non-incisional double-eyelid procedure (not possible while swelling remains) (4) first-time clients with a wedding within the coming week.

安全基準を満たすグルーを使用しています。ただし体調不良や免疫力の低下などで、まれにアレルギー反応が出る場合があり、その際は装着をお断りすることがあります。グルーが目に入ることはありませんが、目もとの弱い方は揮発でしみることがあります。We use adhesives that meet safety standards. Rarely, an allergic reaction can occur when you are run-down or your immunity is low, in which case we may have to stop the application. The adhesive never enters your eyes, but sensitive eyes may feel a slight sting from the fumes.
