ヘア・マツエク・カフェがひとつの建物にあるサロンなので、少し珍しい質問にもお答えします。Hair, lashes and a café share this one house — so we answer a few unusual questions, too.
Q.1予約は必要ですか？Do I need a reservation?
WEB予約 (ホットペッパービューティー) またはお電話 (03-3405-6055) でご予約ください。Yes — please book online via Hot Pepper Beauty, or call 03-3405-6055.
Q.2当日の予約はできますか？Can I book for the same day?
空き状況によります。WEB予約で当日の空き枠をご確認いただくか、お電話でお問い合わせください。Depending on availability, yes. Check same-day openings online, or give us a call.
Q.3まつげエクステと同じ日にできますか？Can I get eyelash extensions the same day?
同じ建物の2Fにまつげエクステサロン POOL EYE があります。ご予約はそれぞれのサロンで承っており、同日の組み合わせはお電話でご相談いただけます。Eyelash salon POOL EYE is on the 2nd floor of this building. Each salon takes its own bookings — call us and we'll help you fit both into one day.
Q.4カフェだけの利用はできますか？Can I visit just for the café?
1Fのスムージーカフェ POOL CAFE は、施術のないお客様にもご利用いただけます。施術の前後のひと息にもどうぞ。Of course — POOL CAFE on the 1st floor welcomes everyone, appointment or not. It's also a nice break before or after your visit.
Q.5支払い方法を教えてくださいWhat payment methods do you accept?
現金のほか、クレジットカード (VISA / Master / Amex / Diners)・電子マネーがご利用いただけます。Cash, credit cards (VISA / Master / Amex / Diners) and e-money.
Q.6営業時間と定休日を教えてくださいWhat are your hours and closing days?
平日 12:00–20:00、土曜 11:00–20:00、日祝 11:00–18:00 (いずれも最終受付)。定休日は毎週火曜と第1・第3月曜です。Weekdays 12:00–20:00, Sat 11:00–20:00, Sun & Holidays 11:00–18:00 (all last entry). Closed Tuesdays and the 1st & 3rd Monday.
Q.7スタイリストの指名はできますか？Can I request a specific stylist?
できます。WEB予約でスタイリストを選択いただくか、お電話でご指名ください。透明感カラーのご相談は 椎名の単独ページ もご覧ください。Yes — choose your stylist when booking online, or tell us by phone. For translucent color, see Taisei Shiina's page.
